چکیده

The paper deals with micro mechanical machining process of Ti6Al4V alloy. A comparison between additively manufactured samples and conventionally fabricated mill annealed structure was performed. Powder Bed Fusion Laser Based (PBF-LB) Beam (PBF-BB) processes were used to produce a building direction 0° 30° in relation the plate. Minimum Uncut Chip Thickness (MUCT) determined investigate removal behavior during slot rounded-edges micro-tools. cutting forces measured, loads utilized calculate Specific Cutting Force (SCF). It reported as function feed per tooth (fz) when transition shearing ploughing occurs. Once MUCT identified, further tests performed by changing rate speed rate. surface roughness force machined measured deeply effects regime. dependence on sample fabrication technique parameters milling highlighted.
